We had an amazing stay in this hotel located in a quiet area of the medina, close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well decorated, with a lovely terrace to relax and take in the panoramic views of the city. The staff provided top-notch services and the breakfast was superb! We appreciated the convenient location, as it was only a short walk to the dense neighborhood of the souk and the major tourist destinations.

We stayed in a wonderful accommodation in the heart of a great neighborhood with perfect proximity to restaurants and beautiful sights. The room was stunning with fantastic decor and the bathroom was luxurious with plenty of hot water. The service was first-rate, with a friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast spread was outstanding and included a variety of local dishes. we enjoyed the peaceful ambience of the courtyard.
The Wi-Fi connection was somewhat slow and could be improved.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with quick access to Fes Al-Bali's main street and parking very close by. The rooms are incredibly spacious, more than twice the size of a typical hotel room, and they are also very clean. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast is both tasty and plentiful with a wide variety of choices.

The New Year's celebration was fabulous! The food was delicious, and there was a great variety. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. Another great aspect was the comfortable room with a beautiful view of the city from the balcony. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the atmosphere of the city.
Some confusion with transportation to some of the farther sites. Some of the taxi rides were a bit pricey and it would have been helpful to have more information ahead of time about transportation options.

Great breakfast options and friendly staff who made the business trip more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport and key landmarks. Appreciated the comfortable beds and the beautiful tiled courtyard that offered a lovely space to relax.
Although overall clean and well-kept, there was a slight odor in the bathroom that could be improved. some noise from nearby streets could occasionally be heard in the room, but it did not significantly affect my sleep quality.
